How We Ship
Order Processing
In-stock orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Major releases, holidays and high-volume restocks can require additional processing time.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders ship when the items are available. If an order contains multiple release dates, it may be held until all items are ready unless another arrangement is made.
Tracking & Delivery
When tracking is available, it is sent after fulfillment. Carrier delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Address & Mixed Orders
Please verify your address before ordering. If an order contains in-stock products and pre-orders, or multiple release dates, it may be held until everything is available unless another arrangement is made.
Damaged or Missing Shipment
Contact us promptly and keep the packaging. Clear photos of the product and packaging help us review the issue and, when applicable, assist with a carrier claim.
