Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming trading card and collectible releases before they arrive.

All pre-orders are final sale. No cancellations, no returns and no refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Release Dates

Release dates are supplied by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice. A release-date change does not automatically make a pre-order eligible for cancellation.

Allocations

High-demand TCG releases can be subject to distributor allocations. If a material allocation change affects your order, we will communicate the situation and available fulfillment options.

Mixed Orders

Orders containing in-stock products and pre-orders, or multiple products with different release dates, may be held until all items are ready to ship. If you request split shipping, additional shipping charges may apply.

Pricing

Market prices may rise or fall after a pre-order is placed. Price changes elsewhere do not make a confirmed pre-order eligible for cancellation or refund.

Condition

We pack sealed collectible products carefully. Minor factory imperfections to sealed packaging can occur and are not considered a return or refund reason.

Eligible Canadian orders of $175 CAD or more may qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
