TCG & Collectibles
Because of the nature of trading cards, sealed products, pre-orders and collectibles, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds after purchase.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are also final sale. Release dates, allocations and availability can change based on manufacturer or distributor updates, but this does not automatically make an order eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Item or Shipping Damage
If we shipped an incorrect item or your package arrives with significant shipping damage, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. This process is not a general return or refund policy.
Packaging Imperfections
Sealed products can have minor manufacturing or packaging imperfections. These imperfections do not qualify for a return or refund.
