Super Dynasty Bros operates from Montreal, Quebec.

How much is shipping in Canada?

Standard tracked shipping starts at $14.95 CAD. Heavier orders may have a higher shipping rate. Eligible Canadian orders of $175 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

How quickly do you ship?

We aim to process in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Major releases, holidays and high-volume periods may take longer.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available for eligible Montreal orders. Contact us if pickup is not shown at checkout.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes. Pre-orders are available on selected upcoming releases and are subject to manufacturer release dates and distributor allocations.

When do pre-orders ship?

Pre-orders ship after the product is available to us. Mixed orders may be held until all items are ready.

Can I split a mixed order?

Contact us. If separate shipping is arranged, additional shipping charges may apply.

Are sales refundable?

No. All sales are final. No returns and no refunds, except where required by applicable law or where an order issue requires resolution.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, shipping box and packaging so we can review the issue.
